A first-ever 100% digital Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of L’Oréal shareholders was held on Tuesday 30 June 2020, under the chairmanship of Mr Jean-Paul Agon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Given the exceptional context related to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was held behind closed doors at the Group’s head office in Clichy, and broadcast live on the www.loreal-finance.com website.

Shareholders were able to discover the Solidarity Plan implemented by the Group, the new sustainable development programme, “L’Oréal for the future”, presented by Alexandra Palt, Executive Vice-President, Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer and L’Oréal Foundation, as well as Our Sense of Purpose.

The Annual General Meeting adopted all the proposed resolutions, and including the appointment of two new Directors, Ms Ilham Kadri and Mr Nicolas Meyers.
