L'Oréal's Shareholder Consultation Committee at VivaTech
Present at the 8th edition of VivaTech, held in Paris from May 22 to 25 2024, L'Oréal Groupe invited its Individual Shareholders' Advisory Committee to discover the year's major tech innovations. Its goal: show how technology is a game changer and a competitive advantage in all industries and specifically for beauty. A 2h30 guided tour enabled the 12 members present to meet major groups at the cutting edge of tech, and start-ups specializing in robotics, artificial intelligence or sustainable tech.
The visit ended at the L'Oréal booth, featuring a series of disruptive innovations embodying the power of Beauty Tech for personalized, inclusive and sustainable beauty. This showcased a portfolio of cutting-edge diagnostic devices for skin and hair like Beauty Genius from L’Oréal Paris, a personal beauty assistant powered by generative AI or the Gen AI content lab – CREAITECH - for augmented creativity. The Committee also explored AirLight Pro, a revolutionary hairdryer featuring infrared light technology; Rénergie Nano-Resurfacer 400 Booster from Lancôme, an applicator that stimulates skincare penetration for amplified benefits; and a technological platform that gets ever closer to the reality of human skin, for scientific research and product testing.
Beauty Tech is key asset strengthening L'Oréal’s position as a leader in its industry, and its power to invent the future of beauty.
