L’Oréal Shareholder Consultation Committee one year on
Created at the beginning of 2010, the Shareholder Consultation Committee is a privileged forum for exchange with the Group's individual shareholders. Objective: to better understand shareholders’ expectations in order to improve our communication with them.
The Committee met four times in 2010 on various topics: preparation for the Annual General Meeting, with the participation of Christian Mulliez, Executive Vice-President Administration and Finance, the cosmetics and beauty products sector, with the participation of Nicolas Hieronimus, Managing Director Professional Products Division, digital communication, with the participation of Jean-Paul Agon, CEO. At the last meeting held on December 1st, the shareholders have exchanged on "extra-financial” Communication, with presentations by Francis Quinn, Director of Sustainable Development, Geoff Skingsley, Executive Vice-President Human Resources. Indeed, as our shareholders are clearly sensitive to L'Oréal's business model and the value of the share, they are just as much attentive to the values embraced by the group.
