L'Oréal awarded the Prix de la Pédagogie for the 2nd year in a row
For the second year in a row, L'Oréal won the Prix de la Pédagogie at the 23rd edition of the Boursorama Investor Awards. The event, organized in partnership with OpinionWay, attracted a record number of votes from over 130,000 investors, both professional and private, to distinguish the best practices of CAC 40 companies. The Prix de la Pédagogie, based on public votes, rewards the ongoing work of L'Oréal's Shareholder Relations and Financial Communication teams to improve access to financial information for all.
Today, L'Oréal has more than 340,000 individual shareholders. In 2024, the Group stepped up its initiatives to reach out to them and maintain a close, trusting relationship over the long term, with, for example: the “Investir, pourquoi pas moi” conference in partnership with ViveS Media; regional information meetings in Reims and Aix-en-Provence; an exclusive visit to Lancôme's Domaine de la Rose; or a tour of the Biotherm boat for the Vendée Globe.
To give shareholders a better understanding of the Group's outlook, its value-creating model and its performance, L'Oréal creates exclusive content for them on dedicated platforms, such as the loreal-finance.com website (with mobile application, monthly newsletters), the Shareholder Guide, Letters to Shareholders, or the eco-designed digital annual report; and this is accompanied by an active presence on social networks, with adapted and innovative formats.
