7.4.4. Renewal of the authorisation for Conditional Grants of Shares submitted to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of 23 April 2024

The authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting of 21 April 2022 to the Board of Directors to grant free shares to Group employees and some of its corporate officers expires in 2024. A new authorisation will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of 23 April 2024. See Resolution 19.
