Board of Directors
At the top of the hierarchy, we have the Board of Directors which defines the strategic orientations while taking CSR, including the L’Oréal for the Future programme, into account. The Board of Directors can rely on its four Board Committees.

Four study committees including the Strategy and Sustainability Committee (5 meetings in 2023)
Make CSR recommendations in their respective areas of competency to the Board of Directors (see subsection 2.3.4)
Chief executive officer
Chief executive officer is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee, including the Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer and CEO of the L’Oréal Foundation Implements the Group’s comprehensive transformation plan in the divisions, geographic zones and support functions. The Executive Committee also includes the L'Oréal for the Future Committee at the Executive Committee level, which is composed of members of the Executive Committee.
The internal committees related to sustainable development are: divisions, zones and the scientific field.
The network of sustainable development managers are: zones, countries, divisions, brands and business lines.
The internal committees linked to sustainable development and the Network of sustainable development managers report directly to the Executive Committee.
